The nose is racy. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, ripe wild raspberry and small notes of camphor associated with fine touches of dry local soil / sense of place (local biotope) as well as fine hints of fresh spices and a subtle hint of olive tree. The palate is fruity, mineral, racy and offers a racy acidity as well as a fresh varietal / sappy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh blackberry, rose, bay leaf, olive tree and small notes of fresh rosemary associated with touches of small red fruits as well as hints of crunchy plum and clove. Tannins are mellow, sapid and stretched. A wine quite marked by its minerality and a sappy side.
