The nose is fruity, intense, aromatic and offers complexity, harmony as well as a beautiful delicacy of its grain and a certain breadth of the aromatic palette. There are notes of blackberry, ripe wild strawberry and small notes of crushed small red fruits associated with touches of cornflower, thyme, sweet spices as well as a hint of smoke, black olive, blond tobacco and a subtle hint of sense of place (local biotope). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers suavity, a good definition, a certain gourmandize, accuracy, a certain tension as well as minerality. A finely creamy and harmonious matter. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, bright blackcurrant and small notes of Bigarreau cherry associated with touches of dense/fleshy red berries, aromatic herbs (thyme, bay leaf, etc.), sweet blond tobacco as well as fine hints of clove and sweet spices. Tannins are elegant and mellow. Good length. Beautiful iodized persistence.
