It reveals notes of ripe blackcurrant, nutmeg and small notes of clove associated with touches of wild berries as well as a hint of lily, acidulous candy and Cubeb pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, freshness, minerality, a fresh frame, acidity, tension, roundness, a certain volume, a small concentration as well as a certain precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, pulpy blackcurrant and small notes of creamy red fruits associated with touches of balsamic, iodine as well as fine hints of pepper. Tannins are racy and structuring.
