The nose is racy and offers a fine concentration as well as an airy and powerful side at the same time in its grain. It reveals notes of wild raspberry, blackberry and small notes of crushed red berries associated with hints of fresh local grove, Cubeb pepper as well as a subtle almost sage hint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers juiciness, suavity, minerality, a fresh frame, a good definition as well as a fine creaminess. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, creamy cassis and small notes of creamy raspberry associated with touches of violet, lilac as well as hints of sweet blond tobacco, a hint of vanilla and a discreet hint of black olive (in the background). Presence of a subtle hint of roasting on the aftertaste.
