The nose is fresh and fruity with notes of citrus fruits such as plum and lemon zest. We also perceive touches of almond and pastry cream. The palate is fresh, soft on the attack. We have notes of plum but also candied melon. We have a little iodized touch with the salinity. There is sweetness which continues until the finish. It is measured, discreet, on delicacy despite the alcohol being powerful in attack.
