The nose is powerful, nicely fruity, chiseled and offers brilliance. It reveals notes of blueberry and bright strawberry associated with touches of kirsched small fruits, violet/violet jelly associated with a hint of plum, cornflower, fine hints of Madagascar pepper, grilled rosemary as well as a hint of smoke and fine hints of spices. The palate is beautifully juicy, fruity and offers brightness, brilliance of the fruit, a tangy frame, a beautiful freshness of the fruit as well as a nice concentration of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of jammy purple plum, bright cherry and small notes of bright blackcurrant associated with touches of flowers, an almost marmalade hint as well as fine hints of fresh fig, toast, mocha, smoke and tobacco. Tannins are racy and finely smoked.
