The nose is fruity, fresh and offers concentration as well as a fine, precise, velvety and juicy grain. It reveals notes of creamy blackberry, concentrated wild blackcurrant and small notes of violet associated with touches of strawberry, star anise as well as subtle hints of lily, lilac and pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a tangy frame, brilliance, gourmandise, fat, juiciness and a sustained/airy side. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackcurrant, bright/shiny blackberry, bright/shiny blue plum associated with touches of crushed strawberry, cardamom and toast. Good length. A toasted side, toasted almond and liquorice with a hint of vanilla in the background. Juiciness, brilliance and gourmandise. Tannins are mellow
