The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is bright, fruity, fresh and juicy. It expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, morello cherry, crunchy strawberry, crushed raspberry and roasted red cherry, red cherry jam, combined with touches of dried mint, blackcurrant bud, as well as a touch of rose and violet in the background. The palate is silky, gourmand and fruity. It expresses notes of morello cherry, red cherry jam, wild strawberry, morello cherry, blackcurrant and raspberry, combined with notes of peppermint, blackcurrant bud, as well as nutmeg, violet and rose. The tannins are delicate and melted, slightly cocoa-flavored. The finish is tangy, chiseled and juicy. Good length, gourmandise and juiciness.
