The nose offers fruit, racy minerality as well as a a good balance. There are notes of sweet kumquat, crushed apple and small notes of crushed vine peach associated with touches of fresh pineapple, ginger, flint as well as a hint of almost lime blossom and fresh sweet spices. The palate is nicely rich, well-balanced and offers roundness, unctuosity, a mineral frame as well as a finely tight structure. Good work on the good bitterness (in the background). On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied kumquat, candied nectarine and small notes of crushed pear associated with touches of lime blossom, acacia flowers, a hint of crunchy pineapple as well as fine hints of ginger and fresh spices. Good length.
