The wine has a pale ruby ​​color. The nose is fragrant, slightly roasted. It expresses notes of roasted morello cherry, wild strawberry, roasted raspberry, red cherry and blackcurrant, combined with a savoury spiciness (nutmeg, liquorice, cubeb pepper, crushed coriander seeds). There are also notes of roasted aromatic herbs (roasted bouquet garni), fresh hazelnut and toasted bread, as well as a fine floral side (lily) in the background. The palate is enveloping and at the same time offers freshness, accuracy and juiciness, combined with fine-grained but firm tannins. It expresses notes of fresh strawberry, fresh red cherry, roasted raspberry, blackcurrant in the background and cranberries, combined with a touch of lily, peppermint, roasted rosemary and tobacco, as well as a hint of roasting (toasted hazelnut, coffee). Good persistence, tasty and fruity, especially on the notes of red cherry and a refreshing acidity of cranberries.
