The wine has a bright pale ruby color. The nose expresses juicy fruits, tanginess, as well as notes of roasted fruits. We find the aromas of crushed morello cherry, strawberry, crushed raspberry, blueberry and blackcurrant in the background, associated with floral touches (violet, fresh rose, a hint of cornflower), peppermint, white pepper, liquorice and nutmeg in the background, as well as a sappy touch of pine needles and toast. The palate offers freshness and gourmandise, airiness and tanginess of the fruit. It expresses the flavors of sour red cherry, morello cherry, fresh strawberry, crushed raspberry, blueberry and blackcurrant, combined with enveloped herbaceous notes (blackcurrant leaf, peppermint, pine needles), a tangy and slightly bitter hint of cranberries, as well as cornflower, violet, a spicy hint (liquorice, nutmeg, white pepper) and toasted in the background. Beautiful acidity and a slight bitterness of coffee on the persistence. The tannins are silky and melted. Good length on red fruits (especially red cherry).
