The wine has a ruby ​​color of medium intensity. The nose offers concentration and a certain complexity. It expresses notes of fresh and dried fruits (dried red cherry, fresh morello cherry, fresh black plum with a hint of prunes, crushed strawberry and crushed raspberry), associated with a herbaceous touch (dried mint, fresh peppermint, dried pine needles, a hint of tobacco), as well as a fine spiciness (liquorice, nutmeg) and a light chocolate touch. The palate is enveloping, textured and finely tight, with fine but firm tannins. It expresses notes of bird cherry, dried red cherry, morello cherry, tangy black plum, as well as crushed raspberry, associated with notes of dried mint, thyme in the background, dried pine needles, a good bitterness of cocoa, as well as a fine spiciness (licorice, nutmeg, white pepper). The finish is juicy, tangy and savory, with salivating acidity and good persistence.
