Les Beaux Jours, Crepuscule 2023 – Côtes du Rhône Villages

The nose is aromatic and offers a certain concentration of fruit. It expresses notes of dried red cherry, morello cherry, crushed strawberry, crushed red plum, and even prunes in the background, combined with a tangy touch of raspberry coulis,fine peppery and floral hints (iris, dried peony). The palate is juicy, fruity and enveloping, with a lively acidity, a hint of bitterness and a straight attack. It expresses tangy notes of red cherry, morello cherry, strawberry, raspberry coulis and red plum, combined with touches of white pepper, blackcurrant leaf (a very discreet touch in the background) and peony. The finish is tangy, rather persistent, with a slight bitterness. The tannins are fine and delicate. Fruity and ripe on the nose and tangy on the palate.
