Domaine de Magalanne, Terre de Galets 2022 – Côtes du Rhône Villages Signargues

The wine has a deep ruby ​​color. The nose offers a beautiful concentration, juiciness and a gourmet and expressive fruitiness. We find notes of crushed red cherry, juicy blackcurrant, crushed blackberry, strawberry and tangy raspberry, associated with touches of Mediterranean herbs (fresh bay leaf, a touch of garrigue, thyme flowers, sage), as well as a floral hint (violet, peony), chocolate and toast in the background. The palate offers freshness, a beautiful concentration and juiciness of ripe fruits on the attack (blackcurrant, morello cherry, tangy red cherry, strawberry, crushed raspberry), complemented by pleasant spicy and herbaceous notes in the mid-palate (a hint of liquorice, white pepper, garrigue, thyme, sage). The finish is fresh, with a salivating acidity and a pleasant bitterness. The tannins are sapid, fine and well-built. Beautiful persistence with a touch of crushed blackberry.
