The wine has a pale ruby color, with garnet reflections. The nose offers accuracy and a beautiful freshness of fruit. It expresses the aromas of fresh raspberry, juicy red cherry, morello cherry and crushed blackcurrant, as well as licorice (even star anise after aeration), nutmeg, white pepper, dried mint, cut rosemary and lily in the background, as well as a slight hint of balsamic. The palate is juicy, gourmet and enveloping. It expresses the flavors of fresh strawberry, crushed raspberry, red cherry, morello cherry and blackcurrant, associated with herbaceous hints of cut rosemary and dried mint, sweet spices (liquorice, nutmeg, a touch of white pepper), as well as balsamic in the background and a hint of good bitterness of bird cherry and cocoa. The tannins are finely tight and wrapped in a juicy and airy fruity material. The finish offers persistence, sapidity and a salivating acidity, ending on a hint of good bitterness.
