The wine has a deep ruby ​​color with purple highlights. The nose offers beautiful concentration, density, delicacy, precision and complexity. It expresses notes of ripe morello cherry, black plum, blackberry, raspberry coulis, chocolate morello cherry and wild strawberry, combined with notes of roasting (dark chocolate, coffee, toasted almond), sweet spices (liquorice, clove, coriander seeds), fresh wood in the background, as well as a delicate herbaceous and floral touch (peppermint, rosemary, peony, lilac). The palate is delicious, fruity and supple, with a beautiful freshness and juiciness.
