The nose is ripe and offers a small concentration in accuracy, a certain depth and a hint of austerity (not disturbing). It expresses notes of pulpy blackcurrant, crushed strawberry and more slightly – quite ripe small fruits associated with touches of violet, lily, bright cherry as well as hints of star anise, tobacco, infusion, and spices. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, shine and a certain brilliance. It expresses notes of juicy/bright blackcurrant, bright black cherry and more slightly – quite ripe small wild red fruits, associated with touches of sweet blond tobacco, lilac, iodized/saline gravel, cornflower. The tannins are sapid and mellow. Freshness, juiciness and silkiness, brilliance.
