Château Haut-Fontenelle 2023 – Bordeaux Rosé

The nose is fruity, aromatic, a certain gourmandise, an easy-to-access/charming side. It expresses notes of fresh apple, fresh wild berries and more lightly – spices associated with touches of nutmeg and a discreet hint of strawberry tagada, raspberry and crushed peach. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suppleness, freshness, good definition, roundness, suavity, a nice little fat and smooth material in finesse. It expresses notes of raspberry, redcurrants and more lightly – citrus fruits (mandarin, lemon), associated with touches of zest, pineapple as well as fine hints of rose petals and spices. Good length, roundness, structure and gourmandise, all in balance
