The nose is fruity, tense, mineral. It expresses notes of pulpy/fresh apple, crunchy pear associated with touches of flowers as well as a fine hint of citrus fruits/zest. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, minerality, good definition, accuracy, a certain tension, roundness and a fine fat. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy apple, fleshy peach and more slightly – lychee associated with touches of white flowers, fresh/tangy mandarin and more slightly – rose as well as a discreet hint of flint and a very discreet almost toasted-fresh hint. Salty hints on the finish/persistence.
