The nose is fruity and offers fleshy as well as gourmandise. It reveals notes of fleshy/juicy blueberry, pulpy blackcurrant and small notes of bright plum associated with touches of pulpy strawberry as well as hints of cornflower, lily and a discreet almost balsamic hint (in the background). The palate is nicely juicy, fruity, mineral, balanced and offers creaminess, gourmandise, a fine straightness, tension and juiciness, a nice charming side, volume. It expresses notes of creamy blackberry, juicy/pulpy blackcurrant and small notes of bright strawberry associated with touches of pulpy/juicy violet plum, as well as hints of cornflower, star anise, dark and almost balsamic chocolate and Bourbon vanilla. The tannins are soft, chalky and gourmand. Congratulations!
