The nose is aromatic and spicy. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, violet and small notes of nutmeg associated with a touch of small fleshy/ripe fruits, clove and a hint of camphor. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity, balanced and offers a fresh frame, good definition, tension, accuracy, precision, a certain purity of fruit, a fine creaminess. It expresses notes of fleshy/creamy cherry, fleshy/creamy blackberry and small notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry associated with touches of violet, lilac, chocolate-tonka bean. The tannins are soft and tasty. Gourmand. Good work on the good bitters.
