Château Deyrem Valentin 2023 – Margaux

The nose is elegant, aromatic and offers fullness, a certain complexity, good definition, a nice texture, delicacy, a graphite side as well as a little power. It reveals notes of fresh blackberry, fresh violet and small notes of fresh/ripe cherry associated with touches of camphor/incense, small roasted-fresh red fruits, hints of iris as well as a subtle hint of pepper and sap. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity, gourmand, tangy and offers accuracy, tension, good definition, nice energy. It expresses notes of juicy/tart blackberry, small pulpy/juicy red berries and small notes of fresh/juicy cherry, associated with touches of violet, lily, lilac, nutmeg, sweet spices. Good length. The tannins are soft and sapid. Lovely freshness, a very nice energy on the juicy/tangy fruit.
