Château Larose-Trintaudon 2023 – Haut-Médoc

The nose is fruity, mineral, precise and offers a stretched and finely peppery side. It expresses notes of blackberry, star anise and more slightly pepper, associated with touches of small dense red fruits, a hint of small roasted-juicy fruits as well as discreet hints of graphite and sweet spices. The palate is silky, fresh and offers energy, a certain gourmandise, suppleness, volume, a beautiful freshness, a textured side. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, fleshy/juicy cherry and more slightly – blueberry associated with touches of racy minerality, star anise and a hint of floral and fresh liquorice. A very discreet hint of iodine and chewiness on the finish/persistence.
