The nose is beautifully ripe, precise, elegant and offers aromatic density, depth, fine concentration. It expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, small roasted-juicy red fruits associated with almost floral touches of thyme, pepper, graphite and fine hints of toast. The palate is beautifully juicy, fruity, fresh, mineral, balanced, beautifully defined, precise and offers delicacy, accuracy, silkiness, an airy side in accuracy and the brilliance/shine of the fruit. It expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, fresh liquorice and more slightly – juicy/pulpy raspberry, small bright fruits, associated with a touch of thyme flowers, infusion as well as fine hints of toast, graphite, star anise and nutmeg. Lovely little soft and iodized on the finish. Lovely chalky tannins, with a fine grain, soft and delicious. Lovely juiciness, suppleness, freshness, lovely sense of detail, harmony.
