A lovely fruity, aromatic, elegant, harmonious nose that offers a little pulp, notes of pulpy black cherry, roasted-juicy raspberry and more slightly – toasted vanilla, fresh thyme as well as hints of tobacco and a hint of clove. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity and offers freshness, minerality, good definition, a certain delicacy, a tangy frame, accuracy, suppleness and harmony, smoothness in freshness, minerality and balance. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, fresh/bright raspberry and more slightly – fresh flowers associated with touches of fresh thyme, sage, sweet blond tobacco, vanilla as well as a subtle hint of star anise. Lovely little chew on the finish/persistence, delicacy. Good length with a Mediterranean hint.
