The nose is elegant, precise, well-managed, taut and offers a fine textured side. It expresses notes of fresh nectarine, crunchy pear and small notes of lemon blossom associated with touches of fresh lily of the valley, as well as hints of fresh citrus fruits. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity, balanced, and offers a tangy frame, accuracy, tension, a nice definition, suavity, a little fat. It expresses notes of crunchy apple, fresh/juicy peach and small notes of fleshy white fruits associated with touches of lemon, lemon blossom and a discreet hint almost of fresh mandarin. Good length, nicely fresh and mineral, with energy and a certain breadth of fruit in the mouth. Nice persistence with a subtle hint of toast-freshness.
