The nose is beautifully built, aromatic, intense and expresses notes of violet, blackberry and more slightly blueberry associated with touches of fresh spices as well as fine hints of raspberry. The palate is beautifully built, fresh, mineral, taut and offers accuracy and minerality, freshness. It expresses notes of chiseled/juicy blackberry, violet and more slightly – small fresh red berries, associated with touches of racy minerality as well as star anise, fresh blond tobacco and a subtle hint of sap and pepper. Good length, nice freshness, sapidity and mellowness on the finish/persistence.
