(white. 3 weeks in bottles) The nose is fresh, fruity and offers good definition, accuracy, a nice tight textured side, a chiseled side. It expresses notes of fresh/crunchy peach, pulpy/fresh apple and more slightly – quenette associated with touches of lychee and a discreet floral hint. The palate is nicely conducted, fruity, fresh, mineral, balanced and offers accuracy, tension, a nice definition, nicely chiseled. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy apple, pulpy/juicy lemon and more slightly – quenette, associated with touches of lychee, vine peach, as well as a discreet hint of almost ripe citrus and verbena in the background, a subtle hint of aromatic tannin and toasted almond. Good length, nice freshness, juiciness and a certain pulpiness. Nice little fat and a subtle hint of almost butter in the background. An almost discreetly smoky iodine hint on the finish/persistence
