The nose is fruity, elegant, airy and offers power in accuracy as well as depth. It reveals notes of blackberry, star anise and small notes of fresh black pepper associated with touches of sage, infusion as well as discreet almost roasted-juicy hints and a fine hint of cornflower. Beautiful spicy, delicate notes. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity, balanced and offers delicacy, a tangy frame, accuracy, tension, minerality, a nice definition, a flattering side as well as a spherical side of the material. All in accuracy. A nice infusion side with finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, bright cassis and small notes of cornflower associated with touches of bright small fruits, infusion as well as hints of toast and graphite. Good length and good persistence. Nicely built out and nicely mellow!
