The nose is aromatic, fruity, gourmand and offers delicacy and a fine infusion side. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackcurrant, juicy roasted cherry, small bright blue fruits associated with hints of cornflower, star anise and a subtle almost sappy hint. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity and offers minerality, accuracy, a fine graphite side, a nice juiciness and sparkle. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, pulpy/juicy blackcurrant and more slightly – cornflower associated with touches of small bright blue fruits, as well as fine hints almost cherry blossom, and liquorice stick. Good freshness, a fine hint of racy minerality. The tannins are sapid and mellow. Nice definition and persistence.
