(90% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Semillion) The nose is beautifully led, gourmand, precise, airy, delicate and offers substance. It reveals notes of bright/shiny green apple, quenette and small notes of peach blossoms associated with a touch of lemon blossoms, hints of kumquat as well as a discreet hint of almost verbena and iodine. The palate is beautifully fresh, mineral, balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, suppleness, a pearly side, texture as well as precision. All in suppleness and delicacy. A lovely fat with finesse, almost airy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh vine peach, pulpy/shiny nectarine and small notes of quenette associated with touches of lychee, lemon blossom/lemon blossom as well as subtle hints of almost white fruits and a subtle hint of mandarin. A very discreet tannic hint at the end of the mouth, both in the aroma and in the structure. A white wine on the fruit, gourmet and gastronomic.
