The nose is beautifully fresh, mineral and offers fruit as well as pulp. It reveals notes of white flowers, pulpy white nectarines and small notes of bright yellow apple associated with touches of fresh physalis and a subtle hint of fresh almond. The palate is beautifully juicy, fruity and offers delicacy, suavity, suppleness, a nice definition, a nice energy as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh quenette, juicy lemon and some sapid/iodized notes associated with touches of crushed nectarines, small bright white fruits as well as discreet almost pearly hints. Good length. A wine that beautifully expresses its limestone terroir!
