Lovely spicy, peppery, frank, fresh and clean nose. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, pulpy/juicy cassis and small notes of cornflower associated with touches of vanilla, hints of racy minerality as well as a subtle hint of graphite and small bright red fruits. The palate is beautifully greedy, unctuous, pulpy and offers a fresh frame, lovely energy, accuracy, controlled power as well as a very discreetly tight structure at present. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy blue plum, pulpy/bright cassis and small notes of violet associated with touches of cornflower as well as hints of liquorice stick, sweet blond tobacco and Bourbon vanilla. The tannins are unctuous and greedy. A fine chiseled side on the finish. Good length.
