The nose is nicely led, nicely spicy and offers a little intensity of the grain and a fine concentration, depth and a delicate peppery side. It expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, small pulpy/fleshy black fruits and more lightly – blueberry, associated with fine touches of Sichuan pepper, fine hints of infusion, and has a subtle hint almost roasted herbs in the background. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity and balanced. It offers a fresh frame, juiciness, delicacy, a nice definition, silkiness, delicacy, a nice little fresh and textured soft grain in the middle of the mouth, sapidity, a nice linear-elegant side and almost a discreet airy side. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, fresh/pulpy blue plum and more lightly – bright raspberry, associated with touches of juicy/bright berries, as well as hints of cardamom, mocha, toast and fine hints almost cornflower/fresh lily, as well as a very discreet almost sappy hint in the background, fine hints of graphite, toast, elegant roasting (light) in the background and a saline hint.
