Château Dassault 2023 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, Grand Cru Classé

The nose is beautifully fruity, gourmand, fresh, precise and tracing. It expresses notes of pulpy raspberry, fleshy/juicy blackberry and more slightly – violet, associated with touches of sweet blond tobacco and fine hints of zan and varietal/discreetly sappy. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral and offers juiciness, gourmandise, notes of juicy/explosive red fruits, violet, juicy/pulpy cherry and more slightly – juicy/pulpy raspberry, associated with touches of star anise, sweet blond tobacco, as well as fine hints of juicy/fresh plum, blueberry. The tannins are finely mellow and gourmand.
