The nose is beautifully fresh, mineral and offers fresh and elegant fruit, a lovely finesse, precision and purity of grain. It expresses notes of fresh Boysenberry, fresh violet and more slightly – ripe/fresh wild red berries, associated with touches of lily, lilac, graphite, as well as a hint of infusion, almost fresh marc and has a subtle hint of spices, a certain density that does not appear. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, delicacy, a lovely little softness, sapidity, a tangy frame. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, bright blackcurrant and more slightly – bright raspberry, associated with touches of cornflower, lily, as well as fine hints of small red berries and sweet blond tobacco, star anise and a discreet hint of salinity. Nice little basket of fresh fruit on the finish, fine hints of sweet tobacco and chocolate. Good length.
