The nose is fruity, frank, precise, with a lovely finesse and melodious grain. It expresses notes of bright wild blackcurrant, fleshy/juicy blueberry and more slightly – cornflower associated with touches of fleshy red berries, as well as fine hints of liquorice stick and a discreet hint of toasted hazelnut and infusion. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity, balanced and offers a fresh frame, acidity, tension, nicely racy and delicate with power in accuracy and control, nicely classic. It expresses notes of bright blackberry, juicy/fresh blackcurrant and more slightly – juicy/bright raspberry, associated with a touch of fresh purple plum, as well as fine hints of tobacco and a discreet hint of cornflower. The tannins are sapid, fresh with a fine touch of graphite.
