The nose is nicely built, fresh, intense, with a nice precise, frank and fine grain. It expresses notes of boysenberry, wild blackcurrant and more slightly – wild strawberry, associated with touches of graphite, camphor, mocha, as well as a fine hint of small blue fruits, a hint of fresh pepper. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity and offers freshness, good definition, accuracy, an infusion/concentration side, but in accuracy, a fine floral/almost discreetly sappy side. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, fresh small black fruits and more slightly – fresh flowers, associated with touches of infusion, roasted-juicy, as well as discreet hints of gray pepper and toast. An imperceptible almost fresh balsamic hint in the background. The tannins are soft.
