The palate is fruity and offers minerality, accuracy, a tangy frame, a lovely definition and delicacy, tension, precision, a fine suavity, a fine textured side. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, bright blackcurrant and more slightly – bright raspberry, associated with touches of bright plum, as well as fine hints of cornflower, black pepper and a subtle hint of smoke.
