The nose is fresh, fruity and mineral. It offers a fine fleshy-fresh and a certain textured side, notes of blackberry, raspberry and more slightly – small fresh/pulpy red fruits, as well as fine hints of black pepper and cardamom and has a subtle floral hint in the background. The palate is nicely juicy, fresh, nicely balanced, precise and offers minerality, accuracy, tension. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy raspberry, fleshy/juicy cherry and more slightly – fresh/juicy blackcurrant, associated with touches of infusion, star anise, as well as fine hints of cardamom and a discreet hint of toast. The tannins are sapid and mellow. Tasty finish. A nice treat. A discreet hint of almost caramelization on the finish/persistence
