Château du Tertre 2023 – Margaux Cru Classé

The nose is delicate and intense at the same time. It offers a fine and stretched grain, notes of blackberry, violet and small notes of graphite, associated with touches of gray pepper and delicate hints of liquorice and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, mineral and offers freshness, fine tension, juiciness, a tangy frame, accuracy and elegance in finesse. It expresses notes of juicy/tart blackcurrant, blackberry and small notes of tangy raspberry, associated with small fresh/tart red fruits, as well as hints of cornflower, star anise and a subtle hint of salinity and a very discreet hint of infusion. The tannins are finely mellow. Tasty finish, with a nice freshness.
