A lovely fresh, mineral nose with a fine floral side in the background. It expresses notes of smoke, pulpy blackberry and small notes of fleshy strawberry, associated with an almost pulpy blueberry touch, as well as hints of graphite, mocha and fine hints of smoke, toasted hazelnut and a subtle hint of violet and almost sap in the background. The palate is mineral, fresh and offers accuracy, tension, a stretched side, a tangy frame and minerality. It expresses notes of juicy/fresh raspberry, juicy/fresh red cherry, juicy berries associated with touches of toasted hazelnut, toasted almond, as well as hints of pulpy/fresh violet plum, fine hints of cardamom and vanilla. Small softness, elegance and finesse, lovely softness. A fine concentration. Soft and gourmet tannins. Lamb’s lettuce with always an iodized character and a very discreet almost sappy hint.
