A lovely elegant, spicy, frank nose, which offers a stretched side, depth. It expresses notes of boysenberry, purple plum and more slightly – Madagascar pepper associated with fine hints of violet, juniper berries and a fine hint of fresh blond tobacco. The palate is nicely fresh, silky, gourmet, and offers energy, a nice freshness, dynamism and a captivating side. It expresses notes of juicy blackberry, small juicy/bright black berries and more slightly – juniper berries, associated with touches of star anise, bright redcurrants, as well as fine sappy hints, black pepper, infusion, and almost wisteria and graphite in the background. The tannins are sapid, mellow and gourmet. Nice definition and precision, freshness and suavity.
