The nose is beautifully conducted, elegant, precise, racy, it offers depth, notes of vine peach, pulpy nectarine and more slightly – crunchy small fruits, associated with touches of nutmeg, fresh toast and a fine hint of grapefruit, fresh apricot and a subtle hint of fresh spices. The palate is beautifully conducted, tasty, supple, juicy, and offers delicacy, a lovely smooth material and all in delicacy and accuracy. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy vine peach, crushed nectarine and more slightly – bright green apple, associated with touches of zest, tangy/juicy citrus fruits, as well as a fine hint of racy minerality, honeysuckle, quince and a subtle hint almost starfruit in the background and a subtle hint of fresh toast. Lovely delicacy and a soft/tasty finish on the persistence. A crystalline side and a certain intensity, a nice structure and volume. A nice textured/gourmet side, especially at the end of the mouth.
