The nose is elegant, fresh, with a delicate perfume, a lovely multi-layered side. It expresses notes of violet, tonka bean, toasted/powdery and more slightly – cornflower, associated with touches of strawberry, as well as hints of nutmeg and infusion. The palate is nicely fresh, mineral, balanced, it offers a fresh frame and juiciness, suavity, roundness. It expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, bright blackcurrant and more slightly – cornflower associated with touches of tonka bean, fresh roasting, bright raspberry, as well as fine hints of almost bright cherry and vanilla, infusion, nutmeg and a discreet hint of almost iodized/saline minerality. Good length. The tannins are elegant and mellow. Lovely freshness, intensity and concentration in accuracy, a lovely infusion character. Beautifully harmonious and pure, tightens slightly on the persistence
