The nose is aromatic, elegant, complex, precise. It expresses notes of peach in syrup, small bright white fruits and more slightly – roasted pineapple, associated with fine hints of roasted mandarin and fine hints of white flowers and has a delicate hint of quenette and almost discreetly fresh sweet spices in the background. The palate is nicely fruity, mineral, racy, precise, tracing, elegant and offers purity, delicacy, a tangy frame. It expresses notes of crushed vine peach, candied small fruits and more slightly – candied lemon associated with touches of tangy/sweet apricot as well as hints of almond, roasted small fruits and discreet hints of flowers/sap in the background. Good length, a subtle firmness on the finish/persistence. Good work on the good bitters.
