Château Liot 2023 – Sauternes Cru Classé

The nose is fruity and offers a fine intensity, a little concentration, a slight floral touch. It expresses notes of nectarine, candied berries and more slightly – crushed vine peach, associated with syrupy touches, orange peel and fine hints of cypress and spices. The palate is fruity, nicely fresh, mineral and offers delicacy, suppleness in its fat, a fine tangy frame. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy peach, apricot in syrup and more slightly – pineapple in syrup associated with touches of candied lemon as well as fine hints of kumquat and discreet floral hints and roasted almond. Good length. Nice juiciness and freshness.
