The nose is fruity and offers concentration, a certain little freshness. It expresses notes of nectarine in syrup, candied kumquat and more slightly – cypress/sap associated with pretty touches of fresh spices as well as fine hints of candied mandarin/candied zest. The palate is nicely fresh, balanced and offers a syrupy side in delicacy and balance. A nice work on the good bitters. It expresses notes of orange zest, candied mandarin, and more slightly – roasted apricot, as well as hints of peach in syrup. Nice freshness and minerality. Good length with a subtle hint almost aromatic herbs. Nice persistence and freshness.
