Domaine Fleuron de Liot 2023 – Pauillac

The nose is fruity, a certain depth, a fine and relatively powerful and stretched grain. It expresses notes of raspberry, violet and more slightly – small roasted red berries, associated with fine touches of fresh spices and roasted herbs, as well as a subtle hint of toasted / hazelnut. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, tension, a certain juiciness, minerality. It expresses notes of roasted cherry, juicy / pulpy plum and more slightly – juicy / pulpy raspberry, associated with touches of cornflower, star anise, nutmeg, as well as a fine hint of violet and racy minerality. The tannins are racy and mellow. Good length. Freshness, a sappy hint in the mouth, good balance.
