The nose is precise and offers a fine concentration as well as precision. It reveals notes of blackberry, purple plum and small notes of spices associated with touches of concentrated wild red berries as well as fine hints of infusion. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a nice acidity, delicacy, accuracy as well as a tangy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/tangy purple plum, pulpy blackberry and small notes of redcurrants associated with touches of violet, nutmeg, toast as well as a subtle hint of chocolate. The tannins are soft. A subtle hint of tonka bean in the background.
